BURROWS, Lucy Ann Galbreath - Putnam

Mrs. Lucy Ann Burrows, 74, died at the home of her son, Roy Burrows, Parkersburg, at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon. She had been ill 5 days. Mrs. Burrows was born Nov 15, 1871 in Pittsboro and was the daughter of Elijah and Rebecca Merritt Galbreath. She was married to Otto Burrows in 1896.The deceased was a member of the Friends Church at Danville. Surviving besides her son, are a daughter, Mrs. Nona Sonnefled; a brother, James Galbreath; two sisters, Mrs Sarah Denney and Mrs. Mary Eggers; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1 0 o'clock Monday morning at Chastain Mortuary at Roachdale, Rev. Ray Britton in charge. Friends may call at the funeral home. Burial will be in Memory Park Cemetery, Indianapolis.
